RUDD LIVES AT THE INTERSECTION OF BOUTIQUE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND INDEPENDENT OWNERSHIP

Founded in 1984, Rudd Management is dedicated exclusively to NYC property management. Our portfolio spans a diverse range of properties, from smaller residential buildings to large-scale developments, including pre-war classics and modern properties alike. With a close-knit team of experienced managers and executives, we bring decades of industry expertise paired with a forward-thinking, solutions-driven approach. We manage co-ops, condos, rental buildings, and commercial spaces across New York City.

Our mission is to deliver personalized, team-based management that ensures every client receives attentive, comprehensive service. No property is ever lost in a bureaucratic system—our senior staff remains closely involved from day one and throughout the entire relationship, providing consistent guidance and hands-on support.
We are actively engaged, readily accessible, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for the buildings we manage. Rudd Management is large enough to provide full-service expertise, yet intentionally structured to remain personal, responsive, and highly attentive. Our goal is simple: to elevate every building in our care and help it operate at its highest potential.

At the core of our philosophy is a commitment to action. We address concerns directly, communicate clearly, and make it easy for owners and boards to reach us. When issues arise, we respond promptly and decisively. By managing proactively, we prevent small concerns from becoming costly problems, ensuring stability, efficiency, and long-term value for every property we serve.
